REFUNDS
At Imattination, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
EXCHANGES
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in new, unused condition. If it meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
